I am a guitar designer with the ultimate goal of drawing instruments that look at the same time simple and new; that look natural, as if they were discovered rather than created. I have no facilities to build real instruments from my designs, and I concentrate solely on the design and rely on highly skilled and experienced luthiers to make them real.
The Lyra line is made in Switzerland by a luthier among the very best in Europe, Alex Radovanovic, who also takes the task of solving all the engineering problems to assure that the final product is as playable and as great sounding as it can be.
The second model, the Villano, is new for 2009. The Villano is made in USA by one of the greatest luthiers, Gene Baker. A former Custom Shop Fender Senior Master Builder during the glorious John Page era, Gene is currently building in California his B3 guitars, some of the best electrics in the world.
